We collect only what we need to provide your searches and reports, keep the site working, and understand which features are useful. We do not use your information for advertising.
When you search by postal code
We use your postal code to find nearby schools. It is kept for up to two hours so your results can load, and it is not included in our website usage reports.
When you order a paid report
We keep the email address, postal codes, school shortlist, and answers you choose to provide so we can take payment, deliver the right guide, and help with support. We use OneMap to match your current postal code to an area. Your other answers do not personalise the guide, and none of this information is included in our website usage reports.
How we improve the site
We use Google Analytics to see which public pages and features are used. This helps us improve the site.
We do not send Google your postal codes, email address, family details, report access link, or group of selected schools. We do not use this information for advertising.
Google provides our website usage reports and may receive general information about your device, country, and how you reached or used the site. Detailed usage information is kept for two months; Google may keep overall site totals for longer.
